Who I am

What I collect
- What you give me: your name, email, phone number, business name and anything you write when you fill in a form, book a call, text, call or email me.
- Bookings: the time you pick and the details on the booking form.
- Clients: billing details are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
- Site visits: this site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits, sign-ups and bookings that come from my ads. It sets a cookie in your browser. The site also remembers, in your own browser only, which ad or link first brought you here.
How I use it
- To reply to you, schedule and run calls, and plan and deliver work together.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and account updates.
- To bill clients and keep the records the law requires.
- To learn which ads and pages are worth running.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run my business, and only to do that job:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel): my customer system: contacts, messages, texts, calendars and forms.
- Google: email and calendar.
- Stripe: payments.
- Amazon Web Services: hosts this website.
- Meta: the Pixel described above. Meta's own policy covers how Meta uses that data.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
- How you opt in: by ticking the text-message consent box on one of my forms, or by texting me first. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.
- What I send: replies to your questions, booking confirmations and reminders, and updates about your account or project.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop any time: reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email ben@bybenrowe.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The services listed above that send my messages handle your number only to deliver them.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
When I run a system for a business
Some businesses pay me to set up and run their website, messages and reviews. If you contact one of those businesses, that business decides how your information is used, and its own privacy policy applies. I handle it on their behalf and don't use it for my own marketing.
How long I keep it
As long as we're in touch or working together, then as long as tax and business records require. Ask me and I'll delete what I don't have to keep.

- Unsubscribe from any email with its link, or reply STOP to any text.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site and my services are for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
